Which changes are contained in the patch?

[indent]Accompanying the patch are two Readmes, in which all changes are written. These Readmes are named "CP_Changelog_en.txt" (with all changes of the Community patches) and Changelog-112.txt (with all collected changes by Piranha Bytes, that is up to December 2006).
