During installation: "Wrong language setting"

Answer to your question

During installation of the community patch I receive the error "Wrong language version".

The installer checks which language version of Gothic 3 is installed according to the file "ge3.ini", so that the correct text files will be installed. If the ge3.ini cannot be read correctly, this message will appear.p>

Solution:: Copy the file "ge3.ini" from the DVD (Directory: "Gothic III") into the folder "Ini" of the installation directory.

Warning: An incompatible ini-file could also be an indication for out of order changes to the installation. Therefore it is advised to reinstall Gothic 3 again.
